Beyond Performance was formulated to provide tools to improve movement
performance & health authentically. Movement & exercise have been
integral to my health and professional journey. I have over 12 years
of experience in orthopedic & sports rehabilitation and multiple years
conducting strength and conditioning (including personal training)
All in on creating a healthier world built on movement. Life is about
doing the things you love and keeping those abilities alive. Here to
bury myths and gimmicks surrounding health and performance. Striving

Rehabilitation Transition & Post-Rehab
– ACL Return to sport & rehab conditioning guidance (We can work while
you are in physical therapy!) Promote a successful return to sport and
eliminate a deconditioning gap during recovery. Resting other areas
for too long creates a greater performance gap creating a loss of
valuable time)
