Combat Conditioning

Combat conditioning is a fast and functional class that includes elements of Boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing.  Participants will learn life skills while getting a great workout.  Boxing gloves and hand-wraps are essential, but loaner gloves are available.  Burn up to 800-1,000 calories.
